Identity for a cause that matters

CATCH Foundation works at the intersection of community, environment, and education. They needed a visual identity that could communicate both the seriousness of their environmental mission and the warmth of their community-first approach.

The brief covered full brand identity, design system, and website โ€” all on a non-profit budget.

Warm but credible

The design language challenge: environmental non-profits often veer too far into one of two traps โ€” either sterile and corporate, or naive and earnest. CATCH needed to feel trustworthy to potential institutional funders while remaining approachable and warm to the communities they serve.

We developed a system built on a grounded earth palette, generous typography, and photography that centred people alongside nature.

Brand and website launched ahead of CATCH's annual fundraiser. The visual system was adopted across all communication materials. The foundation reported a 60% increase in unsolicited donor inquiries in the three months following the rebrand.
