Niyo serves millions of Indians with seamless international payments, credit, and forex solutions. When they came to us, the product had grown fast โ but the interaction patterns and brand language hadn't kept pace.
The engagement: a holistic design review and system build covering payments flows, borrow journeys, and the overall brand expression across digital touchpoints.

Audit โ Patterns โ System
Started with a full interaction audit across 80+ screens. Identified 14 inconsistent patterns and 6 friction points in the critical payment and loan application flows.
From there, we built a design system โ tokens, components, motion principles โ that could scale across Niyo's growing product surface without creating design debt.

The design system was adopted across all three product lines. Task completion rates for key payment flows improved by 22%. The brand system was extended across all marketing channels, creating a consistent and premium Niyo identity.
