Website redesign for India's leading restaurant POS platform
Website DesignBranding

A POS giant with a digital presence that didn't match its operational quality
Petpooja is a leading, cloud-based restaurant management and Point of Sale (POS) software ecosystem designed to streamline daily operations for small and medium-sized food businesses. They had one of the most successful business operations in India, but their digital presence wasn't reflecting the same.
The team needed a rebrand of their website, which is bold, trustworthy & yet carries their existing visual DNA of hand-drawn playful illustrations. The new design should also help them position Petpooja as a trustable choice in UAE and United States market.
My approach
I focused on 3 major improvements that their then current design lacked:
1. Consistent & bold design across the pages — colours, layout, images & illustrations.
2. Visibility of the actual product to boost trust & reduce ambiguity. Users should be able to see themselves in the website while reading.
3. Clear copy to put Petpooja as a simple choice for restaurant owners.
Consistent illustrations — soul of the identity
I worked closely with their talented in-house illustrator Siddharth to update the illustration style and create new characters & spot icons.
Don't just tell, show the product
I worked closely with the marketing, product & members of sales team to understand key functionalities which need to be highlighted for potential customers on the website.
Final designs
The final handoff spanned 30 polished pages and 80+ visuals, built over two months of iteration with the PetPooja team. Every screen was designed to work at restaurant speed — clear at a glance, fast to act on, and consistent across the platform's 100,000+ restaurant user base.
