An identity for the design community
Designbits is a platform for designers to learn, share work, and connect. The brand needed to feel native to the design world โ opinionated, considered, and not trying too hard โ while remaining welcoming to designers at all stages of their careers.

Designing for designers
The trickiest brief: designing something for an audience that will immediately analyse every decision. We leaned into that โ building a brand that rewards close looking, with deliberate details that experienced designers would notice and appreciate while remaining clean and accessible at a glance.

Outcome
Community response
Brand launched to the Designbits community of 5,000+ designers. The identity was shared organically across design communities on social platforms. Platform membership grew 40% in the two months following the rebrand launch.
