Nimble is a challenger brand entering a crowded FMCG category. The brief was to create a brand identity and packaging system that could hold its own against established players while clearly signalling Nimble's differentiated, modern positioning.
Process
Standing out in a sea of sameness
We started with a shelf audit โ photographing competitive sets across 15 stores to understand the visual language of the category. The design direction emerged from what wasn't there: bold colour, honest copy, and packaging that didn't try to be premium by being minimal.

Outcome
Retail launch
Launched in 200+ retail locations. The packaging system was recognised in an industry publication covering challenger brand design. Sell-through rate in the first quarter exceeded projections by 30%.
